Desktops

Apple follows a product matrix of having a model of computer for both consumers and professionals, in both desktop and portable configurations. This provides a useful background as to the intended market for each Macintosh product.

Below are listed all the ranges of Apple desktop computers with Intel processors. Please select your model to see all available parts.

  • iMac

The iMac is a range of all-in-one desktop computers, that placed all the components immediately behind the display, creating a slim unified design that tilts only up and down on a simple metal base. The current iMac shares the same form as the previous model, but is thinner and uses aluminium and a glass panel over the entire front.

  • Mac Pro

The Mac Pro is a workstation computer, which in most configurations, is the fastest computer that Apple offers and are based on Xeon Microprocessors. The current Mac Pro is available with one or two processors with options giving four, eight, or twelve cores.

  • MacBook Pro

The most notable feature of the Mac Mini is its size. The Mac Mini is a small form factor desktop computer, that was shipped without a display, keyboard, or mouse since Apple's success following the release of the iPod.
