Most of our repairs are ready within half an hour and are covered with 30 Days Warranty.

Send your Device to our centre

If you choose our mail-in service option you would need to post your damaged device and a repair form to our London office. Once we receive it, we will test, repair, check and post it back the very same day. This would thereby minimise your time without your precious device.

We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as a shipment. This service is secured, trackable and includes insurance up to £500. Print the repair label and attach it to the shiping.

We also recommend wrapping your device up well. This may be through the use of bubble wrap, a jiffy bag or the original box.

When the repair is finished, and we are happy with the result, we will call you back to take payment or send you pay-pal request.

If you need an urgent repair, and can't bare to be apart from your device for more than a day, then we offer a quick and easy service, where we will have your device collected, repaired and returned on the same day. As a company, our working hours are between 9.00a.m. and 5.30p.m.. So any order placed after 2p.m. will be returned the following morning.

This service is only available in London.

Also we offer a V.I.P. service, where we will send a technition out to you, whether you are at home or work, and the repair will be carried out in front of you whilst you wait ( most of repairs are ready within half an hour ).
